Arlene Marie Parker

Arlene Marie Parker, 53, of Simi Valley, California, passed on November 19, 2015. Arlene leaves her beloved Husband John, Daughters Jennifer and Allison, Mother Ilene Michalski, and Brothers Carey, Mike, Ron and Rich.


Arlene was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to California in 1981, where she met her husband John and was married in 1991. Arlene was a dedicated mother and wife. She was heavily involved with her daughter’s hobbies and activities, including dance and softball.


She was a Girl Scout leader, softball team mother, and high school softball booster. Arlene was an accomplished book keeper, and was employed as an assistant controller with a local insurance firm. She later started her own book keeping business.


Funeral services will be held at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Simi Valley on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 10:00am.


Memorial gifts in Arlene’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.
