Arthur Clark Stepper

Arthur Clark Stepper of Northridge Calif passed away peacefully at his home on Sept 28, 2017 with his family at his bedside. He is survived by his wife Carole Stepper and daughter Leigh Anne and son Danny , their spouses Paul Tsuji and Tara Stepper and 6 precious grandchildren Tyler, Kaden, Grant Tsuji and Annika, Sawyer and Kaia Stepper. He is also survived by his adopted daughter Debra O'brien, her husband Pat O'brien and their precious children Taylor Obrien Torna and Brenden O'brien. A celebration of his life will be held on Nov. 11, 2017 at 12n at Cornerstone Church, Simi Valley, Calif.
