Cathy Sue Petoscia

Cathy Petoscia, 65, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and joy that touched every life she encountered. Known for her radiant smile and infectious laughter, Cathy had an extraordinary gift for seeing the good in all things and all people.

She lived with remarkable selflessness, always placing the needs of others before her own. To be near her was to feel seen, heard, and deeply cared for. Cathy had a rare way of making those around her feel at ease, as if you had always belonged.

She loved to dance and sing as if no one were watching, carrying with her a lighthearted spirit and an unshakable hope that lifted those lucky enough to share her presence. But her greatest joy was found in being a mother and grandmother, roles she cherished above all else. She adored children, and her nurturing heart extended far beyond her family, leaving an imprint on everyone she met.

What will be remembered most is not just what Cathy did, but how she made you feel: valued in ways both big and small, and loved in moments that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. Her kindness and her gift for noticing life’s little details will never fade.

Cathy is survived by her devoted husband, Reno; her children, Vince and Genna; her beloved grandson, Everett; her sister, Debbie; and her brother, Gary. She will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends whose lives were brightened by her love.
