Cindy Lou Paullin

Cindy Lou Paullin was born November 3, 1955, in Santa Monica, CA to Richard and Dorothy Ashby. She was one of six children. Cindy Lou had two children, Rick Picerni born June 12, 1971 and Karri Ann Sitts born June 29, 1977.

Cindy Lou received her Beautician License in 1973 at the age of 18 and still had a few clients as of 2023 resulting in a 50-year career as a hairdresser.

Cindy Lou married Ross Lee Paullin in February of 2000. Ross and Cindy Lou enjoyed 24 years of marriage and many adventures together. They were members of Faith Christian Church and served in the AWANA ministry there for 15 years. In February of 2010 I had the privilege of overseeing their 10 year vow renewal ceremony.

March 1, 2015 was a very special day in Cindy Lou’s life. Her daughter, Karri Ann, welcomed Cindy Lou’s only grandchild into the world. Cindy Lou loved being grammy to Paige Elizabeth. She was always very excited to share stories with us about Paige and all her accomplishments.

Cindy Lou passed from this world on March 2, 2024 and is survived by her husband Ross, son Rick, daughter Karri Ann, granddaughter Paige, and siblings Lucy Leichtle, Richard Ashby, and Keith Ashby.
