Don Arthur Meredith

Don Meredith passed away peacefully on August 15, 2021 at Los Robles Hospital, Thousand Oaks due to pneumonia at the age of 89.

Don was born on March 21, 1932 to Frank and Bertha (Ward) at Struthers, Ohio.

After graduation, Don served in the U S Army from 1952 to 1954. He worked in the steel mills for 10 years prior to moving to Los Angeles, Ca., where he worked as a Los Angeles City Firefighter for 26 years.

Don loved to travel, camping, listening to jazz music, car shows, and woodworking, which he made many pieces of furniture for the home.

Don will be lovingly remembered by his wife Evelyn, sons Bruce (Renee) and Mark (Corrina): grandchildren; Chis Songer, Masen, Marissa and Megan Meredith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, sister, and son James.

Burial will be at Conejo Mountain Memorial Pak, Camarillo, Ca. with the services private.
