Dottie was an avid sports fan her entire life. She grew up a Cubs fan and became a Dodger fan since her arrival to Los Angeles in the early 1950’s. Her passion for Dodger baseball was only matched by her beloved Nebraska Cornhusker football. Her love for Nebraska football will be carried on by her children. She also found joy in life’s simple pleasures such as trips to the beach, playing bridge, reading and working at the Christmas store, but more than anything she cherished time spent with family and friends.
A woman of deep Catholic faith she lived with integrity, purpose and unwavering devotion to the ones she loved. Her absence leaves a deep ache and she will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
