Gloria Kewish Stehura

Gloria Kewish Stehura of Simi Valley, California, born February 13, 1929 in Akron Ohio passed away peacefully on the morning of October 15, 2015 with her family by her side.

She has been a resident of Simi Valley since 1961. She spent many years volunteering for PTA at Center Jr. High School, the Boy and Girl Scouts in the 1960’s and at Simi Valley Hospital for the last 17 years. She was an active member of the Conejo Valley Model A club and the Simi Valley Senior Citizens club.

Gloria is survived by her three children Ron Kewish Sr., Robin Kewish and Vicki Kewish Turziano; six grandchildren, Ron Kewish Jr., Tim Kewish, Heidi Kewish Meottel, Tom Kewish, Fellina Kewish Floravit, and Jonathan Turziano; and 14 great grandchildren.

She will be remembered for her outgoing, friendly personality, funny stories and bringing a smile to everyone’s face. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015, at 3 p.m., at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St., Simi Valley. A reception will follow immediately after the Celebration at Rose Family Funeral Home.
