Jack R. Fife

Jack Russell Fife, 87, past away peacefully at his home in Reseda, on

Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

He was born on May 27, 1929 in Toronto, Canada to James and Muriel Fife of

England.

Jack's family moved to California not too long after he was born and move to

Angeles. Jack attended and graduated from John Muir Junior High School in

1946 and Fremont High school in 1949 in Los Angeles, CA Jack met Barbara

Lewis, his wife of 66 years in high school.

Jack join the Navy and served his six years proudly as a reservist.

They married in Huntington Park At on February 3, 1951 and proceeded to

start a family.

Their first child, Kimber Lee was born in 1958 and their second child, Troy

was born in 1961 and they moved to the San Fernando Valley.

Jack started his career as a printer and continued until he retired in 1994.

After working for Western Financial in the printing department in Santa Fe

Springs for many years.

He then worked part-time at Deluxe Checks in the San Fernando Valley and

also for the $.99 stores.

He is survived by his wife Barbara Mae Fife, His daughter, Kimber Lee Wilkes

and her husband William Lassetter, His son, Troy Fife His nieces, Cindy, Kelly, Paige and nephew Ted Jackson, Kris, David, Cassie and Mikey Barry
