Jaime Hurtado

July 7, 1969 — September 3, 2016

Jaime traveled to the United States very young to fulfill the American dream alongside his brothers. Jaime not only lived the American dream, but also leaves behind a beautiful legacy. Jaime was not only a successful businessman, but also an exemplary human being.

There are very few people in the world like Jaime. Jaime was a person who always cared about his family and his children. A person who gave his all and devoted his heart to God. A person who sacrificed everything for his wife, children, parents, siblings, nephews, grandchildren, and friends to ensure they were happy.

Jaime was a person who had the power to brighten your day and heal your wounds with a hug, a smile, a laugh, but usually with laughter. Jaime transmitted light and joy to every corner where he was present.

Jaime shared the purest form of love with everyone he knew. He was a person with a noble heart. He was a caring person who loved helping others, acquaintances or strangers. He was a person whose passion for cooking always brought the family together. He was well known for his delicious tacos, and was a craftsman for cooking carnitas like no one else.

Jaime sang with his heart, and loved to share his beautiful voice. For him, there was no better way to express his feelings and share a great time with family and friends than with karaoke. Jaime is an unmatched, one of a kind individual, who will always be remembered for his selflessness.

Jaime leaves behind his wife, three children, and two grandchildren
