Jeffrey was born in Sacramento, California to Greg and Beverly Needham on June 23, 1977. He went to Royal High School in Simi Valley, California, and to Dixie Technical College in St. George, Utah (2011-2012) as the class genius. Starting at age 11, Jeff worked many jobs: paper delivery boy; giving pony rides; grooming dogs, construction, carpenter, foreman at Dixie Steel, repairing cars, and doing thousands of hours of service to those in need. Jeffrey was autistic but gifted in helping others--from fixing cars no one else could fix, to protecting others from attacks in the homeless camps. His greatest love--beside helping others--was to be sailing. Jeff is survived by his grandmother Fawn Needham of Thousand Oaks; his parents of Simi Valley; five of his six siblings: Tim, John, Christy, Catherine, and Daniel; and neices and nephews: Abigail, Caitlyn, Daniele, Nichole, Orion, Emily, Joshua, Alexandra, Lily, and Matthew Junior. Jeffrey is preceded in death by his youngest brother, Matthew, and grandparents, Al Needham, and Max and Margaret Heaton. Jeff was a perfect example of Jesus' message: 'what service ye give to the least of men, ye give to Me.' In memory, please think of: 1) the good times, and 2) the joy we will feel when we reunite above.
