Jeremy Michael Day

The family of Jeremy Michael Day, 45, are deeply saddened to announce his untimely passing on May, 28, 2026.

Jeremy is survived by his son Nathaniel and Nathaniel’s mother Leslie.

He is also survived by his father Larry (Sandy),his mother Carmen (John), siblings Jeffrey, Jennifer (Chuck), Monica (Mike), James, stepbrother Scott (Tristan), nieces and nephews, Madison, Caitlyn, Alexis, Jack, Justin, and Hayden, Aunt Donna and cousins of the Day family and many aunts, uncles and cousins of La Familia Mendoza.

Jeremy will be missed for his sense of humor, his smile and love of family.

As a young child he enjoyed playing soccer and baseball and as an adult enjoyed cooking and barbecuing. He often walked to the park where he spent time as a child. He also enjoyed helping his mom in the garden pulling weeds and watering plants. Jeremy liked playing video games and listening to late night radio programs.

Jeremy worked in retail for several years and most recently enjoyed working at the voting polls.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, June 23 from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Rose Family Funeral Home in Simi Valley, CA. A Catholic Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 24 @ 10:30 am at St. Paschal Baylon Church in Thousand Oaks, CA. Burial will take place on Wednesday, June 24 @ 12:30 pm at Assumption Cemetery in Simi Valley, CA
