Joan Claudette Guimond

Joan Guimond, 75, of Simi Valley, Ca, passed away on October 5, 2016 in Simi Valley, CA.

The Memorial service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home on October 15, 2016 at 12 pm.

Joan was born in Fallriver, MA to Andre’ and Germaine Guimond. She graduated from Compton High School. She worked at Electromask in CA and Wells Fargo Bank in Oregon where she made many life-long friends. She was a wonderful, loving, kind, generous and funny woman. She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, shopping, reading, playing games and spending time with her family and friends. Joan is survived by her beloved daughter, Sharon Wendell-Maurice and sister Camille Robertson of Simi Valley, along with her nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Lynne, LeAnne, Christopher, Matthew, Melissa, Annette, Andre’ III, Michael and her many other family members who were very dear to her heart.
