John Bellinghiere

John Joseph Bellinghiere Feb. 2, 1960 - Dec. 29, 2011 John Joseph Bellinghiere, 51, of Oak Park, passed away suddenly on Dec. 29, 2011. John was born on Feb. 2, 1960, in Omaha, Nebraska, but spent most of his life in Southern California. He was a graduate of Newbury Park High, San Diego State University (BA, Psychology) and National University (JD). John was an attorney. He was very active in the Boy Scouts of America and coaching. John is survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara, son, Anthony, and daughter-in-law, Kathleen, son, Vincent, and daughter Amy. He is also survived by his mother, Pat Bellinghiere, sisters, Mary Ann Sage (John), Nancy Bellinghiere-Hall (Steve Hall), Janice Bellinghiere, brother, Frank (Cecilia), and many extended family members and friends. A vigil will be held on Wed. (Jan. 4) at 7:30 p.m. The funeral mass will be Thurs.(Jan 5) at 11 a.m., at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, 5801 Kanan Rd., Westlake Village. Assisting the family with arrangements is the family owned and operated Rose Family Funeral Home and Cremation of Simi Valley.
