Joseph Charles Costanzo

Joseph Charles Costanzo passed away peacefully on November 4, 2015 in Moorpark, California. Joe was a proud Italian-American born in Rochester, New York. He lived his entire life helping others, raising his sister and best friend at the tender age of 15. He served his country as a sergeant and Italian interpreter during WWII. He then married the love of his life, Thelma Lundquist. They started their life together in Westland, Michigan where Joe began his career as a prosecuting attorney and eventually an honorable magistrate of Wayne County. He furthered his career with a private practice and continued practicing for the remainder of his life.

He is survived by his 3 children, Chris Costanzo, Shelli Quick and Jim Loper; his 8 grandchildren and his 11 great-grandchildren. The service will be held at David C. Brown Funeral Home on November 14 at 1130AM. In honor of Joe, raise a glass of wine with your family and just enjoy each others company.
