Juanita Ann O'Keefe, 83, passed away on April 2nd in Simi Valley, CA. She was a loving mother of four children, six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She has entered into heaven to be reunited with her loving husband, parents, a grandson, one sister, and two brothers.
