Jules Rabalais

Jules Lester Rabalais was born on March 30, 1938 and entered Heaven's gates on June 27, 2013 after a brief illness. Jules owned Lais'arts Jewelers here in Simi Valley from 1977 to 1990 and was very much involved in the community. Jules was a master jeweler whose hobbies included hunting, target shooting, fishing and photography. Jules was predeceased by his loving daughter, Angela.

Jules is survived by his wife of 37 years, Donna Schwinck, daughters Sharrie Shannon (Brian), Machell Pont (Ray), son Damien, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 8 @ 1:00 p.m. at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St, Simi Valley, CA 93063. Rabbi Michele Paskow will officiate the service.
