Karrie Wimberly

Karrie Colleen Wimberly, age 41, of Simi Valley, CA, passed away on July 7th, 2019 in Landers, CA. Funeral Service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home, Simi Valley, on August 3rd, 2019 with Pastor Steve Doucette of Cornerstone Community Church Moorpark officiating. Rose Family will be handling the funeral arrangements. Karrie was born in West Hills, CA to Jack and Connie Wimberly on February 23rd, 1978. She went to high school at Simi Valley High and graduated in 1996. She went on to earn a degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Los Angeles City College, where she achieved Magna Cum Laude. She worked as a Director and Producer for Cadavre Exquis Productions for 8 years. She enjoyed creating, whether in film or art. Karrie is survived by her parents - Connie and Jack Wimberly, Siblings - Dori Doucette and Douglas Wimberly, Nephews - Ryan Doucette, Nicholas Wimberly and Austin Doucette.
