Lynne Zicari

LYNNE HOPKINS ZICARI Passed away peacefully on Monday June 6th, 2011.  She died at her home in Reseda, surrounded by her dearest friends and family.  She was born in Syracuse, NY on June 23rd, 1957 and moved to California in 1979. Lynne married John Zicari on September 12th, 1981. Lynne is survived by her husband John Zicari, her two daughters Corey Marie and Erin Louise, and her two brothers, William and Todd Hopkins.  She had a strong faith in God and was known for her selflessness, compassion towards others and a having huge heart.  She was always uplifting, positive and had the ability to put a smile on anyone's face. Throughout her long battle with cancer, Lynne never once complained. Her funeral will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday June 11th, 2011 at St. Joseph the Worker Church located at 19855 Sherman Way Winnetka CA 91306 (818) 341-6634.  Immediately following will be the internment at Oakwood Memorial Park 22601 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA  91311 (818) 341-1198.  The reception will be held later that day at St. Joseph the Worker Church at 2:30 p.m. Assisting the family with arrangements is the family owned and operated Rose Family Funeral Home and Cremation of Simi Valley.  (805) 581-3800.
