Maleke Malayeri Farhat

Maleke Malayeri Farhat passed away at the age of 84, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

Maleke was born on June 15, 1938, in Tehran, Iran to her parents Abolghasem and Robabeh Malayeri. She had several siblings, including Abbass Malayeri, Mohsen Malayeri, Mahin Malayeri, and Sisi Malayeri.

Maleke trained as a midwife in London England. One of her favorite memories she enjoyed sharing was how back then in order to get to her patient’s home she would ride her bike, which she enjoyed immensely.

Maleke’s greatest love was her three children: Fardad Farhat, Farzad Farhat, and Sherry Kennedy, and her four grandchildren: Cameron and Corbin, children of Gavin and Sherry and Emily and Jonathan, children of Fardad and Becky, all of whom she is survived by.

Maleke had many friends whom she truly loved, admired, and enjoyed spending time with. For the majority of her life, Maleke had a very active social life and enjoyed volunteering and participating in groups that had a purpose in the betterment of society whether be it political or charitable.

Maleke’s beautiful smile and loving heart will be greatly missed.

ARRANGEMENTS: A celebration of Maleke’s life will be held at Rose Family Funeral home in Simi Valley, on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 11:00 am.
