Mantu Mangal Patel

It is with great sadness that the family of Mantu “Sachin” Patel announces his passing after battling head and neck cancer, on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at the young age of 30 years.

Sachin lived his life to the fullest by enjoying dancing, driving fast cars, working out intensely, watching Kobe on the Lakers, and buying every new gadget that came out. He always had a way to make everyone laugh and left a mark on anyone he met. He was an exceptional home health nurse and cared for his patients dearly. His strength in fighting his illness was insurmountable.

Sachin will be lovingly remembered by his parents Naginbhai and Ramaben. Sachin will be fondly remembered by his sister’s Shilpa and Sapna and brother-in-laws Naman and Vishal. He will also be dearly missed by his four nieces and nephews Aarav, Rheya, Saavin and Sahniya.

A Funeral Service in memory of Sachin will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 9:00am-12:30p at the Rose Family Funeral Home. 4444 Cochran St. Simi Valley CA 93063
