Maria Sara Cuevas Gonzalez

Maria Sara Cuevas Gonzalez, 77, of Nayarit, Mexico passed away on June 22, 2017 in Simi Valley, California at her home.

Maria was born on June 15, 1940. She immigrated to the United States along with her husband Manuel in order to provide a better life and opportunities for their family. Maria worked as an assembly technician for over 25 years in the Aerospace industry before retiring. Some of her hobbies included knitting, sewing, garage sales, gardening, playing cards and dominos. We will remember her as a generous and thoughtful friend, a kind loving mother, wife and grandmother.

Maria is preceded in death by her husband Manuel of 55 years, survived by her children Manuel Jr., Ana, Sandra, Hilda, Gloria, grandchildren Brittany, Cody, Oscar Jr., Great grandchildren Serena and Olivia

Funeral services will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home on June 30th from 5-­9pm.
