Mary Angeline Manderschied was born July 8, 1926 in Jamestown, New York. She graduated from Jamestown High School in 1944. Mary moved to California in 1952 and resided in Burbank, CA. She worked at Lockheed Aircraft until 1961 when at that time she moved to Simi Valley, CA. She then worked at T.I.C., a Defense Contractor for NASA, in the position of lead-girl for ten years. She was given an accommodation for working on the Moon Buggy that landed on the moon in July, 1969. She went to rest peacefully with the Lord on March 3, 2015.
Mary is survived by: her husband Gottfried of 47 years. Three children; Paul Joseph Molé who proceeded her in death in 2008. A daughter JoAnn Emerson of New Berlin, IL., and son Joseph Molé of Palm Harbor, FL. Six grandchildren: Rosann Emerson of Normal, IL. Paul Molé of Castle Rock, CO. Julie Marcy of Bloomington, IL. Peter Molé of Simi Valley, CA. Amy Balensiefen of Genesco, IL. and Josie Benwell of Safety Harbor, FL. Ten great-grandchildren: Brennan Emerson Diedrich of Normal, IL. Grace, Ethan and Evan Marcy of Bloomington, IL. Leah and Luke Molé of Castle Rock, CO. Mia Angeline and Alex Balensiefen of Genesco, IL., and Anthony and Adrian Molé of Simi Valley, CA. Three sisters: Grace Nicastro of Simi Valley, CA. Nardine Cardone of Northridge, CA. and Francis Morganti of Camarillo, CA.
