In Loving Memory of Michael Maselli

With grateful hearts we celebrate the life of Michael Maselli, who entered his heavenly home on May 25, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 70 years old.

Michael was a devoted husband, father, artist, businessman, mentor, athlete and friend whose life was defined by kindness, faith, generosity, and an unwavering belief in the potential of others. His warmth, humor, and genuine compassion touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Michael moved to Los Angeles in 1981 and built a distinguished fine art career as VP of sales with Robert Bane Publishing before founding Newcastle Fine Art. An accomplished painter, his artwork found homes in more than 35 countries. In later years, he proudly served as Executive Director of California Dance Theatre and Pacific Festival Ballet, where he became a beloved member of the dance community.

Above all, Michael’s greatest joy was his family. He shared forty years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kimberlee, and was a proud and loving father to daughter, Allegra.

Michael will be remembered for his creative spirit, infectious smile, steadfast faith, generous heart, and his ability to make everyone feel valued and encouraged. His legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched with kindness, and hope.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberlee; his daughter, Allegra; his sister, Deborah; his brother, Thomas; and a wide circle of family, friends, and colleagues who will forever cherish his memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 15 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Westlake Village, California. Family, friends and community are welcome.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
