Patricia Nauta

Patricia J. "Pat" Nauta 27 Jun 1933 - 4 Oct 2011 Pat was born in Santa Monica CA, on June 27, 1933, to parents Forest E. Petty and Myrtle P. Wright. Growing up, she made Her home in Reseda and Van Nuys CA. She attended Van Nuys H.S. for Both Junior and Senior High School, graduating in Feb. 1952. Afterwards She attended beauty school to become a beautician. She met the "Love of her life" Wm. "Bill" Nauta in March of 1951, while he was on leave from the Navy during the Korean War. They were married on July 19, 1952 and celebrated their 50th anniversary before Bill died in 2006. Although she would say that she lived an uneventful life, it was a good one. She filled her time with family, church and friends. She is much loved by her family and will be greatly missed. Children and spouses: Mike Nauta, Kathy and Ben Chidester, Carol and Otto Lungren, Bruce and Lisa Nauta. She is survived by numerous Grandchildren and great-grandchildren, although not listed here, no less loved. Services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011, 10:30 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Address is 5520 Topeka Dr. Tarzana CA.
