Pearl Nester

Pearl Mary Ridosh Nester, 97, of Simi Valley, CA passed away on June 18, 2019 at home. Graveside service will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park and Cemetery, 22601 Lassen Street, Chatsworth, CA on Saturday June 22 at 11:00 AM with Elder Robert McDonnell of The Church Of Jesus Christ officiating. Visitation will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran Street, Simi Valley on Friday June 21 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Rose Family Funeral Home will be handling the funeral arrangements. Pearl was born in Pennsylvania to Nicholas and Catherine Ridosh on January 19, 1922. She was a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ for 67 years. She was an ordained Deaconess of the Church. She was also an active member of her Church's Ladies' Uplift Circle. Pearl is survived by her three sons, Edward (Diane) of Pennsylvania, John (Dee) of Florida and Bill of California. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward and her siblings. Memorial donations may be made to The Church Of Jesus Christ Simi Valley Building Fund.
