For over 45 years, Perry applied his skilled hands and sharp mind as an auto mechanic, a career that reflected his commitment to excellence and his genuine care for others. Beyond his professional life, Perry found joy and solace in his garage, where he spent countless hours engaged in woodworking projects. This passion was not just a hobby but a testament to his creativity and his love for crafting with patience and precision.
Perry’s personality was defined by his ever-present support and warmth. Known for his kind soul, loving heart, and big smile, he was a constant source of strength and comfort to family and friends alike. He was always there when needed, embodying the true spirit of loyalty and compassion. His proudest accomplishments were his roles as a father and grandfather, treasures that brought immense pride and fulfillment to his life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gary; his son, Kevin; his daughter, Jessy; his cherished granddaughter, Leona; and his grandson, Austin. Perry also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Joan; daughter-in-law, Claudine; son-in-law, Jim; and his sisters, Helaine and Cherri. Each will carry forward his memory, inspired by the profound impact he had on their lives.
A memorial service to honor Perry’s life will be held on June 29, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Rose Family Funeral Home & Cremation, located at 4444 Cochran Street, Simi Valley, California. Following the service, a reception will be held at the same location from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM, providing an opportunity for all who knew Perry to gather, share stories, and celebrate his enduring legacy.
