In Loving Memory of Philip David Mahaffey (10/16/1940 – 07/08/2016)

who passed away at the young age of 75 years. Phil was born to John and

Johanna Mahaffey in Washington, DC. He is survived by one son (Aaron ),

three brothers (John, Mark, and Greg) and two sisters (Jean Rinehart,

Therese Woodward). He was proceeded in death by his son Kevin in 2011,

two infant sisters Mary Ann and Patricia, his brother Robert in 1969, his

mother in 1997 and his father in 2013. He will be truly missed by his

family! And those who knew him!
