Rosalie Leonhardi

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our mother , Rosalie Leonhardi on Thursday May 3 , 2012. She passed away at home with her loving family surrounding her .Rose was born on Jan 29 ,1931 in San Antonio , Texas and was a 43 year resident of Ventura County. Rose once owned the Chevron Gas Station at Sycamore Dr and 118 Fwy for 28 years along with her husband Robert from 1974-2001. She is proceeded in death by her husband of 40 years Robert in 1992. Also her sister Mary Hope Franco , her brother Anthony Gilbert Lopez , and brother Arthur Lopez. Rose enjoyed trips to Las Vegas- Laughlin NV , good country music and her favorite TV show "Bones" . She is survived by her daughter Robin Clausen (Darrell) of Minnesota, son Tim of Quartz Hill , Ca , daughter Susan Priebe ( Mark ) Fillmore , Ca, daughter Karen of Redding , Ca , daughter Jeanne Helm (Derek) of Simi Valley , son Andrew of Simi Valley and daughter Michele Burlew (Devin ) of Simi Valley and many many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services were held by Private Family service on Tuesday May 8th with internment at Assumption Cemetary with her husband Robert . Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
