Sandra Nordby

Sandra Nordby, (Sandra Arellano), 79, of Westlake Village, CA, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Sandra Nordby was born in El Paso Texas to Salvador and Olga Arellano on October 26, 1946. After graduating from El Paso High School in 1965, she worked for many years as an Executive Secretary for Compaq Computer Corporation and Packard Bell. She was involved with Westlake Village Woman’s Club for 5 years and enjoyed meeting new members of the Westlake community.

She enjoyed playing cards with her friends, traveling the world, cooking, shopping, caring for her grandchildren and great grandchild. She loved and valued spending time with family.

Sandra Nordby is survived by her husband, Roger Nordby of Westlake Village. Son, Anthony (Brandy) Geraets, daughter, Denise Jaffe, son, Andrew Geraets. Grandchildren; Amanda Geraets, Connor Jaffe, Alessandra Jaffe, Julian and Alexander Geraets, great granddaughter Nora Geraets and her three sisters, brother, many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Funeral service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21st at 10:00 am, with Pastor Neimad Durham of Shepherd Church, Porter Ranch. Following services, lunch will be held at the Nordby residence in Westlake Village.

Sandra’s kindness, resilience, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
