Steven Frye

Steven Frye, at age 42, was taken too young. He had never been happier, engaged to the love of his life, Diane McDonald. Steve enjoyed spending time with his fiancé and her sons, attending their games and taking many camping trips. Steve was an animal lover who enjoyed many pets during his lifetime. He had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Steve liked to share photos of pastel sunsets on the beach and clever comments on Facebook. A kind, generous, shy man, Steve was also incredibly smart. With his passing he will remain the family champion of "Words with Friends." Steve worked as a finish carpenter for over 20 years and often shared his construction talents with his family. Born on January 7, 1971, Steve was the youngest child of Tom and Beverly Frye and the only boy in the family. He attended St. John Eudes Elementary School and Chatsworth High School. Being "raised" by five sisters, he grew to be a great help to his parents in their later years. Steve was always there to lend a helping hand to his parents, including many weeks of hard labor in remodeling his childhood home. He was preceded in death by his Father, Tom Frye. He is survived by his mother, Beverly J Frye; Fiancé Diane McDonald, her sons Thomas and Daniel; his sisters Linda Looman, Susan (Larry) Nava, Nancy (Bob) Valdes, Karen (Jeff) Randolph and Mary Kay (Steven) Kramer; and their extended and loving families.
