Tammy Lynn Brewer

Tammy Lynn Root Brewer, age 55, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, memories, and cherished moments.

Born on February 17, 1971, Tammy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who meant so much to all those fortunate enough to know her.

Tammy will be remembered for her kind heart, beautiful spirit, and the love she gave so freely. She enjoyed crafting and, most of all, loved her animals and helping animals whenever she could. Her compassion, generosity, and caring nature touched the lives of both people and animals around her.

Tammy leaves behind her children, Brianna Figueroa, Tyler Brewer, and Taylor Brewer; her stepdaughter, Daniella Flores; and her son-in-law, Robert Figueroa; her grandchildren, Joshua Figueroa, Olivia Figueroa, and Mathew Figueroa; as well as countless friends and loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Reatha Jane Munson and Robert Leroy Root, whom she now joins in eternal peace.

Tammy was also preceded in death by her beloved siblings, Kerry Anne Root and James Iwanski.

Though we cannot have Tammy with us in person, the love she gave will remain. It will live on in the memories we share, the stories we tell, and the lives she touched.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.

A service celebrating Tammy’s life will be held on October 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Rose Family Funeral Home in Simi Valley.
