Thomas Holty

Tom was born May 5, 1956 in Waseca Minnesota to Walter and Mary Holty. Tom had two sisters, Katherine, and Elizabeth (Liz) Holty. Tom was married to his wife Phyllis for 32 years. They had two sons Brian and Scott. Tom received an Associate degree in Criminal Justice and shortly after enrolled into the Army and worked as Military Police stationed in the Panama Canal. For the past 15+ years Tom worked as a Campus Safety Officer at Cal Lutheran University. Tom was dedicated to his family and set a wonderful example of the value of life and work for his sons. He will be missed as a father, husband, brother, uncle, and friend. Some of Tom’s favorite things were his motorcycle, bowling, going to the shooting range, sports, car auctions, and all you can eat buffets. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Mary, his sister Katherine, his Father-in-law Sabino (Sam) Cianciullo, and Mother-in-law Theresa Cianciullo. Tom survived by his wife Phyllis, sons Brian and Scott, Daughter-in-law Olivia, sister Liz, Brother-in-laws Dan Scolpini and Mike Cianciullo, and Sister-in-law Martha Cianciullo. As well as 5 nephews, 3 nieces, and 4 great nephews.
